Privacy Policy

Sintech is a wholesale electronics supplier in Kathmandu, Nepal. This policy covers the Sintech vendor app (Android) and the vendor website at sintech.sastobazaar.com, which registered business customers use to browse our catalog and place wholesale orders. It is a business-to-business service — we do not offer accounts to consumers.

We store the information needed to run your wholesale account:

• Account details — business name, owner name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, provided when your account is created.
• Orders and payments — your order history, payment records, and any payment-proof screenshots you upload to confirm a bank or QR transfer.
• Sign-in data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to match you to your vendor account. We never see your Google password.
• Device push token — if you allow notifications, we store the token that lets us send you order updates. No location, contacts, or files are accessed.

Only to operate the service: processing and delivering your orders, verifying payments, awarding loyalty points, sending order-status notifications, and contacting you about your account. We do not run third-party advertising, we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use third-party analytics in the app.

• Google — for optional Google sign-in and for delivering push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Our hosting provider — our servers and database run on infrastructure we manage; data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored there.

No other companies receive your information.

Order and payment records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting. To close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us — we will remove your personal details and disable the account, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in sessions use short-lived tokens, and on Android your credentials are stored in the device's encrypted storage. Access to vendor data inside Sintech is limited to staff who need it to handle your orders.
